Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Travelly app and this website. By creating an account or using Travelly, you agree to them.

What Travelly is

Travelly is a planning and decision-support tool. It helps you estimate budgets, compare trip options, and organize itineraries. Travelly is not a travel agency, booking platform, or supplier — it does not sell flights, hotels, or other travel services. Any booking you make happens directly with the airline, hotel, or platform you choose; Travelly is not a party to that transaction.

Prices, availability, and other information shown in the app can change and are not guaranteed. Always verify details with the actual provider before booking.

Accounts

Travelly accounts are created and accessed through Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your Travelly account. You must be able to legally use Travelly under the laws that apply to you.

AI-generated content

Travelly uses AI to generate explanations, summaries, and chat responses about your trip. This content is provided for planning guidance only. It is not financial, legal, immigration, safety, or travel advice, and it is never used to calculate your budget ceiling or override the app's built-in budget safeguards. Verify anything important — prices, availability, visa or entry requirements, safety information — independently before you rely on it.

Subscriptions and purchases

Travelly offers optional paid plans (such as Trip Pass and Travelly Pro) with additional features. Where purchases are available, they're processed through the Google Play Store and subject to Google's own billing terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation policies managed through your Play Store account. During the current testing period, purchasing may be temporarily unavailable or simulated for testing purposes; this will be clearly indicated in the app.

Affiliate links

Some links to booking providers (flights, hotels, activities) may be affiliate links. Travelly may earn a commission if you complete a booking through one, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change the pricing or budget numbers shown to you, and never cause a provider to be ranked higher because it pays a larger commission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trip data, photos, documents, and messages you add to Travelly ("your content"). By using the app, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and, where applicable, to the other members of a shared trip you've joined. If you share a trip with other members, they can see the itinerary, budget, expenses, chat, and journal entries for that trip.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Travelly for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its backend services.
• Use live location sharing to track someone without their knowledge or consent.

Termination

You can stop using Travelly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe put other users or the service at risk.

Disclaimers

Travelly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that pricing, availability, itinerary suggestions, or AI-generated content are accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws and entry requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Travelly and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including losses related to bookings made based on information shown in Travelly. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Travelly changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
